Nicole Callahan can stimulate human pleasure senses to the point of cardiac arrest. She is the sister of Threshold, the ex-team leader of the Deviants who betrayed the team and went rogue.
Bliss likes to toy with men, which is pretty damn easy to do when you look like her. Heck, she doesn't even need the pheremone powers to do half the things she gets guys to do for her. She's seduced her brother, took Frostbite's virginity and has a "spell" on Burnout. Much like the Marines, she's looking for a few, good men. Can somebody say 'Slut'?

Leon Carver, the new team leader of the Deviants, is a heat extractor, capable of absorbing heat from a chosen target - even the air itself - and leaving it frozen cold.
Leon was a football player at Howard University before he got 'drafted' into Ivana's army, so no wonder the brother's pissed. He is the team leader by default and isn't going anywhere until he gets a better gig. I mean, fringe benefits like unlimited coin and living with Copycat and Sublime are kind of hard to come by.

Rachel Goldman has the ability to alter the molecular density of any part of her body from diamond-hard to ghostly intangible.
A grrrl in the truest sense of the word, Sublime doesn't take sh|t from anybody. Even though she's hard as nails (inside and out), Rachel tried to kill herself but, obviously, was unsuccessful. Lately she's been locking horns with Ivana and playing big sister to Copycat.

Michael Heller is a shapechanger, capable of transforming into a feral wolf, a bestial bat or a viscious amphibian.
Evo's the comedian of the group, albeit not a very good one. A card-carrying generation x-er, Evo's quite content sitting on the sofa watching Baywatch, The Real World and Sublime but doesn't have any problems ripping out somebody's entrails either.

Gen Antonelli has the ability to assume control of others' bodies, causing them to replicate any actions she takes.
As messed up as the other Deviants are, Copycat wins the more-screwed-up-than-any-character-should-be award. She posses several different personalities who, seemingly, take turns at controlling her. She's got a big time crush on Leon too. Awww, isn't that cute.

Hector Morales is an empathic siphon, capable of converting emotional energy into raw power, taking the form of increased muscle mass.
"Hola, my name's Hector...and I'm an alcholic". Yet another deviant slacker, Hector would rather be drinking. Then again, hanging with the twisted crowd he's stuck with, he's got plenty of reasons to do so.

Jocelyn Davis is the newest member of the Deviants, able to affect probability by psionically choosing -from multiple timelines- the most favorable course of action.
Freestyle doesn't have much of a personality yet but seems to be relatively upbeat and slightly hyper. Of course, she was frozen in a cryogenic tube while Ivana and Matt were treating the team like sh|t, so she may not know what a crappy situation she's in yet.

Matthew Callahan, the ex-field commander is a powerful psionic, and Ivana's former boy-toy. His unstable temperament and elitist attitude made him the most dangerous of the Deviants.
Matt is psychotic, simple as that. Which is really bad 'cause he's got more power than the rest of the Deviants combined. Short of Majestic, there's nobody in the Wildstorm universe who can take on Matt and expect to survive. Oh, did I mention he's done his sister?
Note: Matt is no longer affiliated with the Deviants since he turned on them and tried to rip apart Ivana. His current whereabouts are unknown...
